Sheetweb spider (Erigone atra), male
These tiny spiders of only about 2 mm body length occur just about everywhere, but because of their small size they're often unnoticed. Their small size also makes them hard to photograph. Here I've used the very special 3×–1× macro zoom at maximum magnification.
