Top!!!

Viele Grüße Bernard

Hi,
First great stuff you've got here.
I just want to ask if you know a beercan 70-210 without a mark of Maxxum on the front? What is the difference from the other?

Thanks,
Nas
Michael Hohner antwortet:
The 70-210/4 sold outside North America was not marked with "Maxxum". There was just "Minolta" printed on it. Other than that there is no difference.

Awesome site! Thank you for all the info available here. I just got a Sony a300 and really like it. The info here will be very, very helpful. Also, thanks for sharing your pictures. They are awesome, too.

Just a quick note of thanks for all your tremendous work with this great website. As a professional photographer I'ved used the Konica/Minolta/Sony system for the past twenty years.

Many shooters like myself, both pros and amateurs, need specific technical information about one or more pieces of their gear. Or are transitioning from film-based photography to digital; or, are researching and considering future purchases.

For all of us, your site is a treasure trove of important inforamtion. An additional "thanks" to all those who have contributed their expertise to this site.

Best,

This is a great site with a wealth of information. Just used Google and ended here. Wow.

Question; Which Sony or Minolta teleconverter suits my Sony a100 with a Minolta AF APO Tele zoom 100-300mm 1:4.5 (32) - 5.6. Both together work very well. I wonder if I can extend the reach.

Many thanks,
Jos
Michael Hohner antwortet:
The short answer is “none”. This is explained in detail in the F.A.Q. list. You have to use third-party teleconverters with this lens.

Michael,

I have the Sony a200 DSLR and really like it. It has limitations but I can work around these (most of the time). I wanted to thank you for putting this website up and providing it to all of us. There is much information here that has helped me to understand my camera and lenses better. Thanks from the USA.
